Week #4: April 20-24

Week #5: April 27- May 1

Monday is a holiday! To give you a true day off, there are only 3 reading and 3 math lessons this week. Our weekly Zoom Read Aloud will be held on Tuesday, from 12:00-12:30.

Week #6: May 4-8

Week #7: May 11-15

(Last Week of Instruction)

Week #8: May 18-22

(LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL)

Each day will include one opportunity for students to “come together” for a live Zoom to bond and reminisce about the year. I hope you can make all of them :)

  • Monday, May 18 @ 1-1:30pm: A Special Zoom Read Aloud

    • I’ll be reading a fun story about the end of the year

  • Tuesday, May 19 @ 1-1:30pm: Show!

    • Pick something to show and tell to the class- it could be an art project you made, a cool lego creation, or a favorite toy. Students can plan on having about 1 minute to talk.

  • Wednesday, May 20 @ 1-1:30pm: Tell!

    • Students will have the opportunity to tell what their favorite part of the year was. To help inspire ideas and create a keepsake, I have uploaded a kindergarten memory book. (Completing the memory book is optional, but it’s a fun activity if you are looking for some end-of-year closure as a family. Feel free to start working on this whenever you would like).

  • Thursday, May 21 @ 2-2:30pm: “Happy Montage”

    • Shhhh! I would like to surprise the kids with a little “keepsake” video of our class. I’m going to create a montage of the students dancing to the song “Happy” by Pharrell Williams. Please send me a 10-20 second clip of your student dancing by 5/10. You can upload videos here

  • Friday, May May 22 @ 6pm: Kinder Graduation Car Parade

    • Be on the lookout for details in the upcoming parent newsletter.
